I forgot it’s gonna be Monday..

who’d have guessed retiring could be so tiring?

At least Garfield is well rested for his next prank.

Garfield has assumed the Monday position.

Garfield really hates it when he oversleeps and misses his nap.

And that doesn’t count all that eating he needs energy for

I don’t know about the rest of you, but, if I take a nap during the day, it takes it out of me. Also, I can’t get a full night sleep. I become grumpy and when I get home, the kids say, “dad’s taken another nap”.

Must be nice… being able to take so many naps.

Sleeping is such hard work.

I always hate when I wake up still feeling tired even when I know I’ve gotten plenty of sleep.

No wonder cats are so tired!

How about something original?

To Garfield, a good nap always tires him out, despite Jon telling him otherwise.

The ubiquitous tone of the “Monday” Garfield, that doesn’t mention Monday. Clever that!

Especially those marathon naps.

If you need a break from napping, Garfield, go watch TV. You might see a man as fat and orange as you sworn in as our 47th President.

And they will even more. Inactivity will shorten your life by years, AND the quality of your remaining years.
