Just been through this getting my 76-year-old brother ready for his. After drinking a gallon of that stuff, he still was not ready for his test and will have to do it all over again. Thankfully, his doctor agreed to have him admitted to the hospital so they could do the prep next time.
Yes it’s gross but the procedure is a breeze and detects cancer early. They save lives. Everybody should have them done beginning not later than age 50.

Rather than rubbing yourself raw with toilet paper, rinse with the shower massage between rounds.
Or install a bidet seat on the toilet.

I’ve never really cared for Gatorade and now I hate it even more. And forget about getting any sleep the night before.
