Had to google “keto”. Apparently stands for ketogenic diet, which is high in fat and low in carbohydrates. But there is intermittent fasting, so I guess the water could fit into that.

But is it from a pure source?

Is it locally-sourced?

Is it free range?

Is it low/no salt?

Hey, as long as Nestlé wasn’t involved.

Just be sure that some unscrupulous person hasn’t watered it down.

Fluoride? Chloramine?

Straight from the tap in Flint Michigan.

It’s also nutrition free.

Forgot to mention that the water contains an odd assortment of minerals and heavy metals.

I love a nice ice cold glass of water. The only way I can get my husband to drink it, is to put a flavor packet in it.

I only drink filtered water… (Filtered through coffee grounds, that is)

Just don’t ask what type of water the table wants.. it doesn’t drink.

No vitamins but maybe some minerals.

Yeah – kind of like the pork rinds: no sugar, gluten free, etc. Must be healthy, right?

It’s also kosher and halal!

Except for those on fluid restrictions, like severe congestive heart failure, or dialysis patients. One ice cube would be permitted.
