LOL! When I moved into a new home, the neighbors cat left a meece on my front stoop….adorable! Not for the meece though.

You mean that wasn’t a scream of excitement you did?

She’s lucky, the ones I get are half eaten.

One of my girls has a toy ‘ratty’. (Thank goodness it IS a toy!) She brings it to me during the night, and also when she thinks she needs treats.

A stray cat wandered my neighborhood. He spent a lot of time on the bird feeding table in my backyard. He often left a dead vole or shrew on the side doorstep as payment!

We, thankfully, get just the TOY mice.

Love it. Thanks for the chuckle. Great way to start a day.
