Ok, I guess the friendly police officer is going to ask Heart and Kat what they are up to and if they know what time curfew is. I wonder if the high schoolers got caught or did they manage to escape?
So, I never heard of a civilian patching asphalt. I looked it up and it is possible, but asphalt patch runs about 50 bucks per small bucket. Who is bankrolling these ladies?
The fact that they squared up the pothole made them way more professional than those professionals employed by the city or county to fill in the potholes where I’m from.

They should have just done what a guy from Manchester did and graffiti pen*ses around all the potholes to get them fixed faster.

If the cops brought my 13 year old home after being picked up on the street at 1 to 2 am in the morning, with me having no idea about it…
…their night is going to get a whole lot worse yet. The reason isn’t going to make a great deal of difference.
