My favorite chopstick moment were when my wife and I were out for Japanese and she was struggling to snag an udon noodle with her fork. I neatly nipped in with my chopsticks and had it.I wonder if they were inspired by storks catching fish.
I’m going to buy those training springy thingies to put on top of my chopsticks so I CAN use them! Or, as I’m into my 50s, am I out of luck?
Sushi is a finger food, using one’s hands is always an option.
If it’s that simple, what’s the problem with using chopsticks?!
