Whoever named her was spot on…

Was her maiden name Measles or Freckles?

Please let it be recorded; I did NOT grab a sharpie and play ‘Connect the Dots’

If her name was Carol would she be singing?

I’m betting that wasn’t the original meaning he had in mind when he started calling her Dotty …

He dots…er dotes on her.

And she loves the Polka, And we have a dog named Spot.

Ummmm! There are no words….

She’s no cougar, she’s a leopard.

Her first husband was Dash Hammett.

All the good comments are taken. Going to say it anyway… They have a Dalmatian named spot.

And those must be your children — Stripey, Plaid and Floral.

She can be spotted from a mile away.

Doting Dotty may be a bit polka-dotty and spotty, but she’s not daffy dotty!

She is a spotted cougar. Hide your young ’uns.

SO….what if her parents had named her “ Spot” , and got her a Dalmatian named “ Dot”. A little name reversal to confuse the neighbors.

“… of the leopard people.”

She’s been spotted in many places around town.

I do like a girl with freckles…
