Guy posted a picture of his dog wrapped in a plastic bag with the explanation the she would chase and bark at coyotes but wouldn’t go potty if raining, without cover.
A friend of mine got a dog in early spring, all year it would run to the back of the property, behind the Fir trees and do its do do, so the next Christmas was a disaster.
Once upon a time, I was visiting my grandchildren while one of them was potty training. She and the dog had “accidents.” The bathroom had an over-the-seat “adaptor” on the toilet, suitable for keeping a toddler from falling in. It featured the cartoon character, Dora the Explorer.
So my euphemism for using the toilet was, “I’m going to visit Dora.”
I mentioned that I was going to say goodbye to Dora as we were leaving the house for the airport. My son said, “Why don’t you use the rug; everybody else does.”
My brother and I were given a cat while we were both going to Auburn University.
We were unfamiliar with sandboxes. We noticed though the cat kept searching for something around the house and finally realized what it was.
I went to the store next door to get an old box and scooped up some sand afterward.
When I brought it into the house, that poor cat looked at it, rushed to it, stood on its hind legs, and completely filled it.
The next time we went home for the weekend we took the cat with us and it was not going to be so patient this time. It targeted my other brother’s bed.

Isn’t that the rug his mother in-law gave them as a wedding gift?

Maybe put the rug in the backyard and stake his leash on the frill.

I don’t know why some of these like this one seem funnier than they ought, but they do.
