Not foisting, giving them practice. And giving them a chance to talk about if they want to have children & also how many they want, as well as how they feel about the way they raise said progeny. Verrry important conversation!!!

Maybe that’s a little bit early for them.

Some married people don’t have kids.

I like how the twins seem ready to put Marcus and Nicole through the wringer.

Let’s not conflate marriage with parenthood…

I wonder if Nicole and Marcus have even discussed having children, or a 100 other important topics about their life together.

When my sister and her boyfriend were thinking about getting married, they wanted training with babies. We said sure! Come spend the day with us, we’ll show you how its done. Then we’ll take a mini vacation an hour away. If you get in trouble call and we’ll come right back.

When we came back the next day, we asked “How did it go?” They said well the first time we changed Brian we saw how you guys played with him after you got the old diaper off. That was so cool, we decided to do it." I asked, “Did you put the new diaper across him first?” They said, “Hmmm. . .no.” I said, “He peed all over you didn’t he?” They turned very red. I said, “Well, now you know. Bet you won’t forget that next time.”

Aw. And then LOL. Hey, two birds with one stone — parent training and free babysitting! It’s a win-win!

Sometimes the best incentive to use birth control is other people’s kids…
