Dana literally turning into her mother? Talk about symbolic.

There’s still resorts in The Poconos? They were a big thing back in the ’40s and 50s, by the 80s they were dying.

she is her daughter after all.

Sometimes the things we hate are what we become.

Many have seen their parents hurt by some addiction or personality disorder and followed in the footsteps of their parents.

(I’m just lucky mine were perfect.)

This resort – really Skytop Lodge – is right by our home and it is the best. Families return generation after generation, so it must have something. Still thriving and many resorts are returning but it will never be like the 70’s.

The nurses would probably appreciate a raise more than a fancy retreat.

The “We deserve the best” mindset can get a lot of folks into a real financial pickle. Definitely a red flag.

So sad. Dana disliked her mom, but she really is just like her.

Not really.Smart enough to know she couldn’t run that big place single handed.
