This kinda reminds me oh the combinnation gas station and resturant on the stretch of desert hiway.

It had a big sign that read:

Eat here Get gas

Or Else

Mandatory Rest Area! You will stop or be arrested for failure to rest!

When you contract with the Army, you get a platoon to staff your hosting function.

There is an example of some high pressure sales. Just guessing but is this in New Mexico?
