you mean there are people that need a special day to set off explosions? i used to keep lady finger firecrackers around the house for audible exclamation marks! that and flash paper and a striker can make life rather entertaining! go Lio!
In my youth I was a Nuclear Weapons Assemblyman for the Army back when we still did above-ground testing. One of the disappointments of my life is that I never got to blow anything up.
(One lesson I learned: anyone with a bunch of highly-enriched uranium, a few pounds of explosive, maybe a neutron source, and a good machine shop can build an atomic bomb. That’s what we dropped on Hiroshima. We cannot let the Iranians build one!)
I thought it sucked for me because those little fireworks are illegal to set off in the city… where does Lio live? I want to live where the citizens already expect weird experiments!

It could just be francium in water. That also makes a mushroom cloud, just not a radioactive one.

In fairness to Lio, he did warn Octomom about moving into the neighborhood.
