Halloween’s not fun any more. the only kids that came to the door were the next door neighbor’s 2 grandchildren. 8 hours of decorating for that. Big freakin whoops.Anyone know what the halloween equivalent of Bah, Humbug! is??
halloween has come and gone…waiting for another dawninto storage decorations go,it’s been ended but even so,scarecrows still smile and pumpkins do glow, remembering the feel of Halloween…-Aden Baker
Lio will be pulling some sort of monster out of the closet and into dad’s horror so don’t despair. I dodged so many pumpkin parts on the way to work this morning it was like a Gourd Apocalypse.
I feel your pain Lio… though I always visualized Halloween as being more like something Tim Burton would have created as a representation like something from Nightmare Before Christmas, not a scary-looking mutant slug.

I second the emotion . . . at least I scored some good decorations that will keep the spirit alive.

I am always in awe of how this strip says more with no words than many do with a lot

Only Mark can make you feel empathy for a monster.

One year I ran out of candy so I let each kid take a hand full of pennies from a bucket I had been saving them in. The littler kids were delighted.

Note that it leaves a big messy trail behind it to clean up. But it was worth the mess.

Alas! Alack for the loss of Samhain for another year! (Samhain was the original Celtic name).
