It’s true, so true that Father’s Day is never a big deal like Mother’s Day. I guess we try and try but don’t spend enough time with them because of other priorities that took away our time.

I like to get my dad cards that play music when you either push a button or open it. Sometimes I get him a card that does sound effects instead.

There is funny and then there is rude, mean funny. Never send the mean funny. Glad Luann and Bernice can tell the diff.

That last card is good. The others weren’t funny. Don’t understand why so much that passes as funny is actually hostile. Of course I’m the kind that thinks practical jokes are mean so….

I don’t think I’ve ever seen Luann smiling like that before.

Luann and Bernice are having a little teenaged fun, but they are out shopping for cards for their dads. Luann’s smile in the last panel is toothy and great!
