After years of being attacked by conservatives, the NEW YORK TIMES has hired constantly wrong neocon BILL KRISTOL as a columnist to add some fact-free balance to the paper. "All the news that's fit to print...plus new bonus material!" Not only has Kristol been FLAT WRONG on every prediction he's made for the last seven years, but he seems to loathe his new employer as well. Bill Kristol: "I think it's an open question whether the Times itself should be prosecuted." Fox News 7/2/06 The editors vigorously defended their new hiring process. Man: We think it's important to pay people who hate our guts. Man #2: Maybe we SHOULD be executed for treason. Let's have that discussion. It makes one wonder why they don't hire ANN COULTER for saying, "My only regret with Timothy McVeigh is he did not go to the New York Times building." Man: I wish he HAD stopped by. We could have given him a job interview! Man #2: Ann: call me.
