Got me some of them low down, high fructose sugar blues…

Good take, especially as it starts with bottle feeding them sugars. Our daughter breast fed ‘til 3, son quit at under a year. The biggest difference seems that son now does coffee at Starbucks, and daughter gets by on the cheaper stuff. Maybe it’s just early marketing training?

I doubt if the kid feels abused! There is nothing wrong with offering a breast to kid who is nursing. I breast fed until they were weaning themselves, after they eat a lot of regular food they many want comfort or re assurance.
my last one weaned himself just after 2nd. birthday.Dtroutma about 12 years ago
“Any more than a mouthful is a waste”. Is a truism for infants, and “feeders”, it’s the grown up’s that stuff plastic IN the “bottle” for appearance, not function.

“There is no difference between corn sugar and cane sugar. The body treats both the same.”Wow. You don’t actually believe those misleading commercials, do you?? High fructose corn syrup is more than just “corn sugar.” Several studies show that high fructose corn syrup is actually worse for you than the refined sugar it replaced in many manufactured food stuffs. It might be “fine” when consumed in moderation as the old commercials used to say, but it’s in damn near everything.

It was how it was done by hippies in the 60’s when there was hope for a brighter future…could hope be returning?

About Arizona Drinks – I meant that they switched to corn syrup, which was what the customers were protesting about. If you want to see what they’re using now, go to their website: http://www.drinkarizona.com
