Faith in God beats “organized” religion.

I’m not an atheist, rather an agnostic who believes that everyone is entitled to believe or not believe, so long as their religious choice doesn’t impinge upon my right to think as I do. I respect everyone’s need (or lack thereof) to worship a god or godess in whatever anthromorphic or non-anthropromorphic form they choose.

Sadly, far too many people insist their their particular brand of worship is the only true one and everyone else is doomed. Most wars, in one form or another, have religious intolerance as a causal factor.

I deem myself a religious and political agnostic but could just as easily be called a religious and political cynic, I suppose.

1 Timothy 3:16 “Without any doubt, the mystery of our religion is great:Jesus was revealed in flesh, vindicated in spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among Gentiles, believed in throughout the world, taken up in glory.”

Believing is easier than listening to a hundred different attempts to persuade you to believe. :)

I believe in God and His Holy Son Jesus. Whatever others want to believe is up to them. I’m not their judge nor are they mine. I do have a problem with how the Bible is interpreted. So many so called Christians take the Bible and change it to their way of thinking. They ignore the plight of the migrants in Texas looking for a better life. I don’t understand when the Bible teaches us to love one another why don’t they? You don’t need to be a Christian to do that either.
