A good sense of humor is probably one of the best gifts God (or nature or whatever) can give you.
Laughter is like a drop of rain on parched land or a star breaking out in the darkness.
It may not solve your problem, but it will make it easier to bear.
Then again, if hypertension is your problem, laughter may cure it!
There is evidence that laughter strengthens the immune system. If that’s true, I’m darn close to invincible. I can laugh at almost anything (mostly my own follies) and I like to make other people laugh especially children (“a joyful noise unto the Lord”). I’m even willing to make a fool of myself to do it.
