Boot Camp. If there is any formal educational process that can teach you how to deal with life, it’s boot camp. I think everyone should have to go through it even if they don’t go onto a military career.
It’s a endurance test. If you can put up with that mess for 4 years, you’re good to go for retirement in another 26, unless you get downsized to nobody level. And, if that picture doesn’t get you out the door and looking elesewhere, nothing else will.
Might need to interview some other colleges – few companies these days actually give you much real on-boarding training, and they expect you to be able to immediately solve all their problems from the first day you’re on the job…
