I’ve worked in IT for serval decades. I understand Hindi. I usually do not have a problem with technical support. For example, I know that “Kligh star and sealit …” means “Click Start and Select …”
Generally speaking, the tech support people have their act down technically. They’re intelligent people. But I don’t think it is too much to ask to either pick people who can speak the language of the country they are supporting fluently or give them some voice lessons.
Sometimes even I feel like “maco ocho por Espanol” and I don’t speak Spanish.
