    I tried using a goat as a lawnmower once, at my wife’s suggestion. Once I raised his hind legs and tried to push him forward, the damn animal refused to eat any grass. Dumb idea.

    Goats are actually better at cleaning up brush. Get a combo mower of a goat and a sheep. :o) Also, if you are going to use a milk goat, you have to be a bit careful of what they eat if you want to have palatable milk.

    Sheep are better lawn curators. Goats will prune your trees or eat your doilies. I don’t think this experiment will last long. Instead, the net result will be much restoration needed around the house and and a new lawnmower (machine) purchase…..
