This is a bit of a straw man argument, isn’t it? The big mess that (I assume) this story is based on had to do with one person answer a hypothetical question about a wedding. That is, that person was opposed to an event, not an individual. And I didn’t hear of a single person choosing to go or not go to a particular restaurant based on those decisions, or wishing that a particular group of people didn’t exist, so…this comic is a bunch of garbage.

It’s quite interesting that the Christians are taking this as an insult against them & crying “intolerance”.Pretty much every major religion claims to be a “Faith of peace & love”. Some groups in every religion seem to think that anyone who doesn’t share their views, shouldn’t exist.

Strangely enough, sometimes I think of all the sentient beings in all the universes that exist, who are right now thinking of all the other sentient beings who are at this moment thinking of all the other (etc.). I call these sentient beings “Them,” very tenderly. This can be very relaxing. Too bad all of us can’t think of our world’s Them in the same way.

Not going to bother quoting it, we all know it’s there. And, from a historical perspective, Christianity is likely way ahead of Islam on the body count.

I really can’t say I’m surprised by the sheer ignorance of certain posters (whom I will decline to name). They’ve earned a reputation for going on sound bites rather than any real attempts at truly researching anything.
