My Dad’s favorites, when anyone asked him “What times does your watch say”, he would chortle and say “Doesn’t say anything, I have to look at it.” And "The teachers only taught me 25 letters in school. I don’t know “y”. Happy Dad’s Day to all you stale joke tellers
Miss my dad. He had dad jokes before they were called dad jokes. When we would beg, “Let me see!” he would say, “No sea here, it’s all dry land.” Another one: “Say t-o-o.” (He would spell it.) Then, “Say t-w-o.” Then, “Now tell me Samuel Clemens’ pen name.” “Now say it all together.” We would say, of course, “To two Twain.” “Comeback tomorrow and I will teach you to say locomotive.”
