Two inaccuracies with this strip: 1) Can’t imagine Scratch sitting or walking calmly on a leash, and 2) can’t imagine Scratch EVER being described as “beautiful.”
Unless Captain Crow and that woman are both amazingly short, scratch his most definitely not any kind of house cat! I’m thinking leopard or cougar or cheetah.
