A hanging feeder on a ship could be a big liability. Not only is it a head banger, but the spillage (and more) will make the deck slippery. A feed platform mounted on the stern rail would work better.
I’ve heard it said that birds poop every 15 minutes or so. If that’s in any way correct, with all the ones flocking to our feeder it’s a wonder we’re not up to our ankles.

Those birds are not very grateful! You would think he would be feeding crows (see what I did there)

Should be a rule against crapping on the guy who fills the feeder.

My experience, birds don’t need an excuse to do that.

You know the old saying, don’t poop the hand, that’s attached to the shoulder, that feeds you!

Henry if your dog, cats and mice understand you why don’t you think those birds can too?Next time better use a thought bubble for that shade.

No worries Captain Crow, in some traditions that is considered an omen of good luck!

The colourful birds don’t fly out to sea, Henry. No need to insult the drab little undistinguished ones.
Good evening, Crew!
