The age of Dinosaurs lasted about 179 million years. Did ya ever think that the asteroid was Godâs or someoneâs, way of hitting the âresetâ button? âThis group is not going anywhere, they are just getting bigger. Letâs start over.â
It should be noted, here, that the âasteroidâ was NOT the direct cause of the dinosaursâ demise. Rather, it was more likely the resultant ânuclear winterâ caused by all the particulate matter thrown into the atmosphere by that asteroid strike, destroying the biosphere needed by the dinosaurs that caused their rapid demise.
Any time you destroy a biosphere (say, the Amazon Rain Forest), the resultant collapse of the fauna that depend on that biosphere is inevitable as well as âforegoneâ.
If youâre at all curious, look up âthe Year without a Summerâ. All of that yearâs (1816) climate disasters was due ENTIRELY to a volcanic eruption in the Malay Archipelago.
Dig deeper in that trash can. If they can find a Red Bull or a coffee cup with a little caffeine remaining, Hammy can break space -time and get them back home. Hey, maybe they can take the tyrannosaur with them? Heâd make a great addition to the cast.

If, by âsmall reptilesâ you include crocs⊠A saltwater croc might be smaller than a T. rex, but thatâs not the same as being small.
