I want a segway but don’t have $5,000 for one.

I thought that a segway was a transition between or end of a sentence/commercial…

And to move smoothly to another topic…I wonder what the coyotes are driving this season?

Wasn’t it the inventor of the Segway that rode one off a cliff to his death?

The Meep Meep Generation is upon us.

Those roadrunners are like politicians asking for money like they’re poor but yet able to have expensive stuff like a segway.

Certain sectors of the population have always been soft – it’s just that they used slaves or cheap servants to do their work for them, and now they use machines. Maybe now, just more people are soft.

It’s hard for me to understand what these roadrunners are saying, since they don’t hold up signs or speak in “Meeps.”

If you’re finding religious commentary in your daily comics – which, personally, I read for humor – maybe you need to go elsewhere for your daily dose.

Of course, many generations have been called “soft.” Adolph Hitler thought Great Britain was soft in the ’30s, as Japan did the Americans. Later the Communists thought the West was soft. Now the militant Islamists think the West is soft and corrupt.

I suspect that you could go back to the days of Socrates and find that they were getting soft. In some cases it was true, and someone did collapse when attacked. However, it is more common that the trials of life inspire us to find the strength within.
