I wonder if Marigold is talking to Phoebe or the reader. After all, it’s hard to hear her singing in a medium without audio.

Wait a minute! How could Mari breathe while singing underwater? Is her horn also a magic snorkel?

Sharks can be cute. And so can snakes.

Doesn’t Marigold know sound (like singing) travels rather slow when underwater?

I wonder if Dakota is there with her parent and/or Dakota, or if it’s just the two of them.

Just when you thought it was safe to read the comics. This strip needs a bigger gag.

And, i just noticed, no waves.

“Torpedo los!”

Jaws theme underwater? That probably sounded entertaining…

Now that Marigold is up on the surface, she can see her reflection, and, you know……..

Um, topical… but there have been a few too many for real shark bites recently to be humorous.

I know a few others have also said this, but it bears repeating: Marigold looks especially lovely (after all, she always looks lovely) in panel #4. There is just something incredibly endearing, alluring and enchanting about her appearance!

I imagine listening to the shark theme of John Willams played by the Boston Orchestra

Tommy Johnson nailed the (super high) tuba solo on the first take. After that John Williams forgave him for being late to the recording session. It was pouring down rain that day and Tommy needed to get a substitute for his Junior High School teaching job. After that Tommy quit his “day job” and did studio work and private lessons only.

Phoebe hasn’t been on the receiving end of an enraged unicorn out to skewer you. Many a hunter before the shield of Boringness was created hunted unicorn had died for it.
