that would be fun story a guy , afraid of nothing but by “nothing” he means to say “Some thing” as in his fear is isolation. Every one thins he’s brave but then nothing happens. and just s he feared, life becomes uninteresting and lonely.
I’ve been reading this for a long time and unicorns have some really weird traditions. Although nothing would be terrifying because you would have nowhere to turn.
We should all fear neutrinos! Millions pass through your body every second, and occasionally* they interact with an atom and change it to a different element, causing chemical instability.
In the game of “Loom,” the weavers all wear hoods that don’t expose a face, and rumor has it that looking under the hood would scare you to death. A curious thug asks to see, saying he fears nothing. The weaver responds, “If what you fear is Nothing, than you’d better not touch me.” We don’t see what happens next, but there’s screaming and the thug never reappears. I’m pretty sure I understood the implication better than he did.

I sought only to deepen your ability to fear. There are many large things to fear. A brave man has only conquered smaller worries.

Hopefully the fireworks show will get it out of Marigold’s mind.

Not easy to understand unicorns’ traditions and festivities, is it?

The total absence of unicorns would be bone-chilling.

Nothingness is indeed a horrible idea. I (almost always) find that I’m quite fond of my beingness.

“What would you like to be afraid of?”
“Pterodactyls.”
“But pterodactyls are extinct.”
“What a relief!”
