Oh, the wonders of the – as Red Green used to call it – the Handyman Secret Weapon. (I wonder what Earl uses if the ducts are leaking.)

Actually Duck tape is terrible on ductwork.

Prop it with a broom handle.

Innovative solution.

I actually have duct tape on the start button of our dryer. Works exactly like it should, but without the tape it shuts off. The dryer is less than two years old and a new start button was over $100.

Duct tape and PVC pipe, my dad’s two favorite “tools”. . .is it a generational thing or a guy thing?!? Inquiring minds want to know. . .

Try holding it shut while it runs, bet that would work too.

Along with that new roll of duct tape, you better bring home a new dryer……….unless, of course, you want to be hanging clothes out on a line.

My dryer door is held closed by 4 strong magnets lined up along a band saw blade. Too bad I couldn’t tell Earl about it before he did his handiwork.

Some solutions are better than others.

There’s nothing that can’t be fixed with duct tape.

every home should have at least one roll of duck tape, it is incredibly handy – if you see their stocks go up, you know I’ve been fixing things or shipping packages ;)
