    I was surprised to see Ed Byrnes’ obituary in the paper this past week. He’s most famous for “77 Sunset Strip” but he was in many of the original Mavericks and a couple of Warners’ western movies from the ’50s.

    I bet guys like this don’t know a thing about many, many actors being alive, because they’ve never heard of them, because all they’ve ever watched are Westerns from the 50s and 60s.
