Many years ago, you couldn’t start your car if heavy objects like a purse or a bag wasn’t buckled up!

No, it’s the roadrunner. He wants to overtake you.

Make no mistake! It is a lot of women at ANY age! I remember this song by Paul Peterson from Donna Reed Show

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImimMIRrQMw

She Can’t Find Her Keys (1962)written by Roy Alfred and Wally Goldsung by Paul Petersen

When I take my baby home at nightI can’t wait to kiss and hold her tightBut by then the time begins to dragWhen she starts searching through her bagShe says just a moment pleaseI can’t find my keys

And heres what happens while hes waiting for her squeezeShe pulls outLipstick, powder, bubble gum and bobby pinsBut she can’t find her keys her keysCurlers, tweezers, cold creme and candy barsBut she can’t find her keys her keysNail file, school books, an autograph of FabianShe can find with easeBut I’m standing here waiting for a goodnight kissCause she can’t find her keys

Sha da sha da sha da she can’t find her keysI give up go home and go to sleepBut next night my date with her I keepWalk her home we start to kiss and thenIt all starts happening…

We don’t have that problem. Our Kia’s sensor was poorly designed and failed a couple years ago, The repair involves replacing the entire seat.

Yeah, I’ve had to hook the seatbelt on occasion while carrying heavy tings in the front seat. At least now you can turn the airbag off.

Not me. If I can’t put it in my 6×4×2 bag or my skirt pocket it doesn’t go. My husband is grateful I don’t have to have an extra room just for purses and shoes like some women.

Many years ago I knew a “lady of a certain age” who literally carried a brick in her purse in case she had to fight off a mugger.

It’s a reminder that you haven’t thrown anything out of it since you bought it.

Not this plugger. Very often, my total burden is in my jeans pockets. Wallet, keys, phone. What else does anyone need?

Wallet in the back pocket. Freeze-dried liver in the front pocket. What more does anybody need?

I had an Aunt who’s purse was so large, I swore it said Samsonite on the side.

I’ve done that tossing my toolbag onto the passenger seat, and five minutes down the road moving it to the floorboard.
