My son invented turkey shred. He shreds the dark meat (which is what is generally left over) and then heats it in a little water and some seasoning salt (he prefers Johnny’s). For another meal, I make homemade noodles to finish off the gravy and bone broth.
That is one of the reasons I can’t wait to get a real house with a real kitchen and a real fridge and freezer. I want to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people and invite 5 and keep all the leftovers. MWHAHAHA!!!!
To me the end of the turkey is cause for REJOICING. I can take turkey or leave it the first time around, as long as it’s juicy and smothered in lots of gravy. But I don’t like leftover turkey one bit.

Personally, if I were in this strip I would not eat turkey because I just might have a chicken for a wife.

The 70’s-era avocado green fridge is a nice touch.

The turkey goes first. There still might be some gravy left.
