how fast do arms move when you’re walking anyway?

When I go on the daily walk the only arm that moves is the when with the walking stick ;-)

There is no difference.

Walking me does in the woods. Sometimes me has to runs though.

And the amplitude and frequency of his fat jiggling.

Pluggers run???? The only time I run is to catch my hat when it blows off my head and if someone is chasing me, if I’m not packing a concealed weapon.

My arms don’t move much, because one is holding the dog leases and the other The Scoop.

I guess that is “Power Walking”….

Running?? What’s that??

If I run my eyeglasses bounce up and down on my nose and I can’t afford to have them fall off and break – so if I am running it is an emergency with my husband in which case I slide from kitchen through the dining room and hit the far wall as I round the corner to run up the stairs.
