There used to be a barber in our area who was noted for burning out ear hair. It sounds dangerous and painful, but with his technique it reportedlly stung just a bit.

The sound of ear hair growing is often mistaken for tinnitus.

Hair on your head is gray, but the hair in your ears is dark … ain’t that sumpthin!

The barber probably didn’t miss it. It just grew in the time it took to get home.

Electric nose/ear hair trimmers are more than just jokes.

When we were kids it was a big deal when you finally grew enough hair to have to shave. Now we have to shave area we never knew hair could grow, Ears, nose both inside and outside, eyebrows, knuckles. Getting old ain’t for sissies.

One of the signals that I was well and truly a senior citizen was the first time my barber ran his clippers in my ear, without me asking him to. Afterwards, I told him he might as well trim my eyebrows, too.

I knew a guy who never had his earwigs trimmed… they were huge! Lol!
