Always helpful.

That’s why I like my Monday Cardio (Silver Sneakers, so still less than regular) class. It’s the most vigorous & gets the blood flowing for the week. If I do miss it, I’m sluggish all week.

Yup, getting the heart pumping with a little anger and loathing at the beginning of the week gives you that competitive edge you need to make it to Friday. Happy friggin’ Monday.

Chazz Poncho has in the past year fought a witch, met the three headed dog cerberus and nearly gotten his teeth impaled with a trident. And that’s just off the top of my head. You can get mad for someone without a job and no intention to get one saying that when you have to work at some boring corprate office every day, but you can’t say every day is the same for him when every day at the work is the same drudgery for you and you clearly never ask.
