Had a job and was given a Windows laptop for work. I use and need a Linux work station with two monitors to be efficient. Bean counter controlled company….kept dumping my data because my simulation files were too big. Bought a hard drive for my office for $120. Kept my data in my office. Of course the company ain’t no more. Destroyed by “active investors”.

You might have less frustration if you got a laptop with more that three keys and a spacebar.
