At least he’s being thankful.

This would have been an appropriate comic strip for Thanksgiving. Surprisingly, there haven’t been any Halloween-themed strips this week. They are appearing in other comic strips such as The Wizard of Id and Garfield.

Thank you, Rover…I think!

Rover! The food doesn’t magically reappear in the bowl! Red needs your support ;)

Thank you. Nobody pours dog food better than you.

Red, all you did was deliver the meal. The dog food company collected the ingredients, processed them, cooked them, portioned them into kibbles, dried or canned them and then packaged them. You just put them in a bowl and set it on the floor. The bowl did the real work keeping the food in place for Rover.

Dog logic.

First I thought Red was declining an offer from Rover.

The mind of a dog is very silly sometimes! I’d rate it 8.5/10 – made me laugh, but as Calvinist1966 said, this would work well for Thanksgiving.
