    They were not yet jurors, as they were on their way to determine who would make up the jury. There is no note to identify if anyone stuck in the elevator made the jury.

    And yes, the elevator they were stuck in was also an Otis.

    The original case was for a lady that broke her nose when she fell on an escalator at Disney World.

    In a similar case. Locally there was a law coming up about too many faxes to politicians or something like that. To get the vote there way fax companies bombarded legislative fax machines on a 24/7 basis. The law passed easily.
