Instead of a whip, they use a laser pointer to keep the cats motivated.

Also in Norse mythology, Odin’s horse had eight legs. (Did the U.S. dropping atomic bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima delay the making of said flea bombs?)

The US was going to fire bomb Japanese cities using bats fitted with incendiary devices!

False. The Eastern Coral Snake does not have a diamond-shaped head and it is indigenous to North Carolina. Quite venomous too, although usually reluctant to bite and prefers to hide.

Ripley’s used to be better at fact checking. Maybe I’ll have to stop reading this comic.

Thor’s was pulled by goats. I think that is why he was so powerful. People laughed at him so much he kept getting into fights.

Cats being desert animals, it makes me wonder how Norsemen knew about them so long ago as to include them in their ancient mythology.

Most venomous snakes, wherever their found have diamond shaped heads…that’s how you can tell they are venomous! e.g. Rattlers Copperheads etc.

I don’t know of any venomous snake indigenous to the United States (other than the coral snake) that does not have a diamond shaped head. There may be some, but I could not find any in a quick search. As pointed out by hawgowar North Carolina does have coral snakes.

Excuse me, but I seem to remember from biology that all venomous snakes in North America have triangular shaped heads. It is a rapid method for identifying the dangerous ones.

Venomous snakes in Australia come in all shapes and sizes, only thing they have in common is they can all kill. Concerning the list, 10 most venomous in the world, well Australia has 5 of them including No 1, the King Brown.

Some studies say Inland Taipan is the most venomous, whatever, that’s Australian too.

That’s how the CIA spread Lyme Disease in the US. They got their idea from the Japanese!

The snake “fact” about North Carolina is incorrect. North American Coral Snakes range there and neither a diamond shaped head or “viper eyes” are present on this snake. Also, Coral snakes are one of the most deadly venomous in North America.
