so if female mosquitos bite, what do the male mosquitos do in order to pester humans?

I’ve always wondered how an animal or insect knows when another animal/insect is the same species. They don’t know what they look like.

I didn’t think any mirrors had training.

On an unfortunate day, a nerd person took Poi’s plush toy and gave it to a herd of savage middle schoolers. This made Poi angry and gathered an army of Forrest green bees and Magpies corrupted by Florida. Poi would have gotten his revenge, if it wasn’t for the nerd person’s loyal legion of merry mosquitos with their amazing moustaches. Make a lake. Hogs are a mess.

That fact about Poi is hardly unbelievable. Even my old sick cat is more unbelievable. “Caldonia’s cat frequently knocks containers of liquid off of tables!”

Poi dog has lots of toys. I imagine she does a bit of pondering to select one to take along on an excursions.

Unless, of course, Heckyl and Jekyll look in the mirror standing side by side.

I wonder how many mammals besides humans can recognize themselves in a mirror without training?

Ripley: Come on guys, we need one more for this weekend.

Pizza delivery guy: Hey, I know a dog that carries big stuffed toys!

    How lame can it get?

How about this true story. A friend of mine had a Great Pyrenees named Foot who would steal lawn art, lawn furniture, and pretty much anything that wasn’t tied down. He was very strong, and the size and weight of some of the things he drug home was impressive. When neighbors were missing items from their yard, they often came over to my friend’s house to go through Foot’s collection.

I don’t think Believe it or Not is the proper place to post cute pet stories.

In “After Man: A Zoology of the Future”, at least three species have the female gender as the mightier (or at least more fearsome gender): the matriarch tinamou, a bird whose sex life is a lot like the anglerfish, the bardelot, a polar bear-like descendent of today’s rats where the female, exclusively, has saber-toothed cat-like saber teeth, and the groath, an antelope where the female has a long, pointed, deadly horn, while the male has a flatter, butting horn.

Is it me, or does Poi’s toy look a lot like it came off a dinosaur?

Cute about the dog. I’ll bet the human started that trend, though.

    Take care and gesundheit.

I am glad to hear of those yet around, despite science saying they ceased to exist.

I have a dog which looks at himself in the mirror every morning after first waking.

Logically then, Narcissists are descended from Magpies…
