Ah, a teachable moment here! Suggest Pasquale drop a leaf into the flow on one side of the bridge and see how long it takes to get to the other side. That should keep them both happy.
The boy is years away from needing an alter-ego like Rose has in Vicki! Of course, the whole Rose/Vicki ‘thing’ could also be described as “multiple personality disorder” if you wanted to take ALL the fun out of it! That M.P.D. descriptor also could apply to the boy’s ‘Guardian Angel’ as well as it presents a very different face depending on whether it’s protecting Pasquale from danger or keeping him from mischief!

Don’t worry, Rose. When he becomes a teenager, you will be glad if his responsibility settings are still that way.

Nice thought, unlikely as it is.

Poor Pasquale! He has a guardian angel but no biker alter ego.

Pasquale loves school and doing his homework. He also loves his teacher, so I’m not surprised at his response.

Seems to me that Pasquale’s settings are just fine.

I wonder if we get to see him grow up some time, it would be interesting to see what he becomes.

Agree with Vicki. As “the responsible eldest” in the family, it’s taken me years to get over it.

Ross’s sceptical response seems lame.
