My mom and I used to talk walks along the beach in late November (Eastern Shore area of MD/VA). We both love the cold and were happy to take off socks and shoes and go looking for shells. We also carried trash bags and did a little litter patrolling as well. It was so much fun! No sunburn to worry about as we wore jackets. :o)
