We call Brussels Sprouts “turtle heads”.

Gotta wonder if Clem is only pretending to dislike plum conserve so he can get a whole jar to himself.

Poor Brusell Sprouts- it has become the ‘whipping boy’ of vegetables. That is because it often it is over cooked to the point of becoming gray. Yuk. Lightly steamed with garlic butter or a light sauce, or shredded fresh and added to a salad it is good. Never liked it until it was served as a vegetable and not mush.

Sweet pickled or dill? Asking for a taste … I mean a friend.

plum preserves sound pretty good, I like plums, and I liked plums as a kid so…is he still wincing from the Brussels Sprouts or is he just weird?
