Maybe it’s like when you buy a car, you start to notice your color car more frequently. You know, when you focus on that which makes you smile, brings you joy, you start to notice them more frequently, too.

Can I get that with a spontaneous hug and kiss?

Is it me or did Rose’s hair grow in the last panel?

Sometimes you have to start your own happy moment. Wife and I do what Rose and Jimbo do. We sneak up on each other and kiss. Write notes on the kitchen chalk board. Sneak attack hugs and dance twirl. It works. I get her a flower on no occasions. We go out for a weekly date. We just celebrate 37 years.
