Cats love a challenge!

If you’d left a faucet dripping, then maybe this wouldn’t be necessary.

Best depiction of a cat face in a glass. I suspect quarter filled glasses and cups and cardboard boxes littered the plains, deserts, forest and jungles where the primitive House cats of the Quaternary Period roamed and the House cats of today remember this.

And by the way, the cat may also be thinking: “You expect me to drink off the floor? Like an animal???”

According to BCN, the glass shape increase the delicousness of the water.

Ironically, it’s suggested that cats be fed from flat or wide dishes, because they don’t like their whiskers touching the sides. HAH!

My cat did this all the time. I put ice water in a small wide mouthed juice glass for her. She drank from it until she realized I wasn’t using it and went back to my tall skinny glass. Floor water was for when I wasn’t home.

He is like I’m to good for a bowl.

My cat sticks his paw in the water and licks it.

My cat is a water thief. When given the chance she will drink from any unattended water source….except the ones specifically laid out for her.

maybe because they get room tempature tap water and you get bottled water
