Cut the tip off the closed end. Round and sand the edges smooth. Pucker up and blow into it like it was a trumpet. You now have a horn to make your own sounds. Enjoy!
I believe I heard on NatGeo, that if you find a conch shell on the beach, not to put it up to your ear before checking to make sure there is no creature inside. It could stab you in the ear.
