Is service lacking at a “no-tip” restaurant?I recall being yelled at by the waitress at one restaurant for not tipping. She was a very bad waitress, so did not deserve a tip. Her yelling at me only cemented the situation.

If the workers are making a tip wage (like a waitress), then I would tip. If they are making an hourly or salary wage…no tip.
