Since Shoe is typing asterisks which requires ink in place of vowels that take up paper … what’s the point? (We will not be using vowels)

That will work only if you actually know what the vowels are.

Years ago, local paper printed an apology. Said the ink they were using was causing cancer in Canadian bookworms so starting next week they would still deliver the paper but it would be blank. Amazing how many idiot subscribers called in to complain. They believed it!
