The show “Blown Away” has created lots of renewed interest in glass blowing. From the perspective of someone who has been taking classes and renting time in hot shops (doing glass blowing) for many years there are way more studios and opportunities to learn about it than 10-15 years ago. Also folks still inventing new methods and doing innovative work with glass.
Us old timers, e.g. Boomers and Xers can still enjoy the art form known as Comics, it’s these Millennial and Zoomer whippersnappers who don’t have the patience or attention span to appreciate them, now GET OFF MY LAWN!
